His academic excellence has been recognized through awards for Best Poster and Best Presentation, showcasing his dedication to advancing the fields of renewable energy and power systems.
He has contributed significantly to research in Power Electronics, Electric Vehicles (EVs), Distributed Network Resources (DNR), Renewable Energy, and Optimization Algorithms. Talha is the author of impactful publications, including:
- "Pelican Optimization Algorithm-Based Proportional–Integral–Derivative Controller for Superior Frequency Regulation in Interconnected Multi-Area Power Generating System."

Mohammad Ibrahim Hasan is the Advisor of iCrew Technologies, bringing a robust background in technology and business leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics & Electronic Engineering and continuing his Master of Science in Management of Technology, providing a solid foundation for his professional endeavors.
Mohammad's commitment to continuous learning is evident through his extensive certifications. He is certified by ISC2 in Cybersecurity (CC), demonstrating his expertise in cybersecurity principles and practices. His proficiency in managing complex projects is highlighted by the Google Project Management Professional Certification. Additionally, he holds several IBM Professional Certifications, showcasing his skills as a UI/UX Designer, Back-End Developer, DevOps & Software Engineering. His expertise in cloud solutions is validated by AWS Professional Certifications as a Solutions Architect and DevOps Engineer. Furthermore, his knowledge of automated software testing methodologies is reflected in the Professional Certification in Automated Testing from the University of Minnesota.

Her certifications include Registered Electrophysiology Technologist (R.EPT.) and Certified Neurophysiological Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM).
